22,000 products and one question: “will it fit my car?” — in three languages
Challenge
A store selling roof racks, roof boxes and tow bars. Almost every question is the same: does this product fit my car, model year and roof type? Customers write in German and French — almost half outside store hours.
What ZenTalk does
- Knows the whole catalog (about 22,000 products) and matches racks to make, model, year and roof type.
- When details are missing, it asks like a salesperson: “Estate or Sportback? Open or closed roof rails?”
- Compares products in a table and points to the one that fits — with a reason.
- Answers in the customer’s language; leads go straight to the store’s inbox.
